Scope and purposes

Personal data protection is an emerging issue in this digital age. Everyone can access other people’s private life by utilizing the development of technology. Access for information is somehow threatening some other people, thus people needs protection for their private information. This issue closely related with human rights and government political will to protect human rights. Right to information and right to privacy are believed to be human rights that are in conflicting subject. In one side, information is needed to specific purpose(s), but in other side, the process of information or data gathering sometime can harm other people’s right to privacy. Many aspects are related to this issue, such as what are people’s rights and duties upon those human rights and how government’s effort protect personal data from inappropriate use other than its purpose.


Topics of primary interest include, but are not limited to:
• Constitutional law
• Right to information
• Right to privacy
• Personal data protection
• personal data processing
• Right of data subject on personal data processing
• Government policy on personal data protection
• Comparison regulation on personal data protection across nations

Scope and purposes

Mankind is on the brink of a tragic era, in which anarchic forces acts on all walks of life. So individuals have to respond to these challenges, taking into account multiple worldviews and rethink the purpose of education. The organization of educational practices and system needed an overhauling worldwide learning has been more urgent than before.

Globally, countries have made major strides in increasing access to education at all levels and increasing enrolment rates in schools, and basic literacy skills have improved tremendously. Despite of these successes, several gaps remain in the educational system of many countries which were the major hindrances towards quality education.

A quality education is the foundation of sustainable development, which enables self-reliance, boosts economic growth by enhancing skills, and improves people’s lives by opening up opportunities for better livelihoods.

The research and best practices are the potential tools for the Sustainable Educational Developments in Higher Education. The research would help us to understand the facts, evolve new ideas and provide solutions to many problems. Thus research gives insights to the potential developments and repairs the wrong practices too.

Best Practices gives practical approaches for the advancement of the educational system. The tried and tested best practices are very much necessary for the educational development hence it should be well disseminated among the scholarly platforms.
