Description
The destruction of the environment as the shared heritance of mankind is thought of a major challenge facing mankind, where it is indispensable to pay attention to it. In planning towards a sustainable development, there are necessarily threats to be minimized as much as possible. The International Laws and International Laws on Environment have, in recent decades, taken great steps in instituting key focus at the category of the environment. That which has taken place never suffices. In spite of the attention paid to this issue, there are grave gaps remaining in the International Laws for the protection of the international environment that need to ne enumerated, and basic guidelines as well as solutions to be thought of for removing them. When speaking of "Globalization", instead of such terms as "national", "interactional" and "regional", the term "political cosmopolitan" is referred to, and thus, in the environmental literature, the term "the earth planet, our home" should be used instead of "our city, our home". Literature needs to be focused attention which regards man as an "environment protector".
