1) Leads UX research strategy for Microsoft Teams Calling and its AI-powered features, directing studies from early exploration through live-product evaluation and guiding decisions across 30+ design, product, and engineering partners.
2) Led research for Webex App experiences (Webex Meetings, Webex Messaging, and Core App features), using strategic and tactical research methods to impact product direction and shape roadmaps. Identified and drove research priorities, educated stakeholders on research processes, and guided designers on designer-led testing. Co-led Accessibility Research and ran Fast Feedback Sessions with People with Disabilities (PwD) to test multiple Webex products.
3) Led generative research and early-stage design concept testing with 10+ subject matter experts, gathering feedback on a Merchant Portal Dashboard experience, contributing to the redesign and development of Merchant Portal.
4) Led qualitative and quantitative research for 4 Human Resources (HR) products as a mixed-method researcher.
