Cluster Analysis of Valuable Economic Features of Introgressive Forms

Publication year: 2023
Source: International Journal of Genetic Engineering, Volume 11, Number 2
Gafurjon Gulomov, Bekhzod Sirojidinov

In this article, a comprehensive analysis of introgressive hybrid forms of cotton is more important than a separate analysis of quantitative traits for creating lines and varieties with a complex of valuable economic traits, and many scientific studies have been carried out on the application. Information on the methods of factorial and cluster analysis of local varieties and lines. It has been established that the level of dominance of the cotton weight in terms of the weight of one box, the length of the fibre, the yield of the fibre, and the weight of 1000 seeds is inherited in positive and negative intermediate, dominant and extremely dominant states. In order to maintain the state of positive heterosis achieved in these ranges, it is necessary to continue the work of genetic breeding research in the next generations. During the studies, cluster analysis of valuable farm marks of 10 parent forms, F1 and F2 of hybrid plants (cotton weight in one boll, 1000 pieces of seed weight, fiber output and fiber length), which were initially studied for cluster analysis, quantitative marks were used. The indicators of valuable economic marks of these ridges were determined and statistically analyzed in laboratory and field conditions.

Publication year: 2023
Source: International Journal of Genetic Engineering, Volume 11, Number 1
Jumanov Г. T., Abdukarimov A. O., Ablakulova N. A., Khojiboboeva S. H., Kushiev H. H.

In this research work, genomic DNA from samples of 10 varieties of soft wheat was extracted by the STAB method. Quantitative and qualitative indicators of the isolated DNA were determined by spectrophotometric (Nootropic) and visual (gel electrophoresis) methods. PCR amplification was carried out on the basis of 10 pairs of SSR markers (Simple sequence repeat), in which isolated DNA samples were associated with wheat salt resistance genes. PCR products were analyzed by gel electrophoresis. The information structure of polymorphism(PIC) and heterozygosity(he) of the selected SSR markers were determined in the piccalc program. Based on the genetic polymorphism data obtained on the basis of SSR markers, a phylogenetic family tree of varieties was compiled using the UPGMA methodology with the help of Mega X program.

Biological Features of Introduced Plants on Saline Soils of the South Aral Sea Region and the Influence of Soil-Climatic Environmental Factors on Them

Publication year: 2023
Source: International Journal of Genetic Engineering, Volume 11, Number 1
Т. О. Otenov, I. А. Grokhovatskiy, A. J. Ospanov, D. F. Arzibaev, X. Kutlimuratova, Sh. K. Dauletbaeva

The article presents a study of the biological and ecological features of introduced woody plants, their adaptability to anthropogenic desertification in the south of the Aral Sea region. Due to the consequences of anthropogenic impact of the Aral Sea region, there is an increase in the processes of soil salinization, an increase in the mineralization of groundwater and vegetation degradation. Thus, the shortening of the life of exotics is affected by the close occurrence of the groundwater level, which in most cases are highly saline. The closer the saline groundwater level is to the soil surface; the less exotics live.

Obtaining Pathogen-Free Seedlings Based on Microclonal Propagation of Lagochilus Inebriance Bunge Using in Vitro Methods

Publication year: 2022
Source: International Journal of Genetic Engineering, Volume 10, Number 1
Sultonova K., Kushiev H. H.

In recent years, possibilities have been achieved based on the widespread use of in vitro methods in the preservation and development of biodiversity. The specificity of the morphogen response to the effects of growth regulators of the studied samples of Lagochilus inebriance in in vitro condition was determined using mineral nutrient media with different composition. The optimal medium was selected for the micropropagation of the studied L.inebriance samples; The addition of 0.1 μM BAP to the nutrient medium according to recipe B5 was noted to be effective; BDS medium containing 5.0 µM BAP and 2.0 µM NAA was used for samples of L. inebriance growing in laboratory conditions, and 0.4 µM BAP, 3.2 µM NAA for samples growing in greenhouse conditions and B5 nutrient medium supplemented with 2.3 μM IAA was noted to be the most effective. In the proliferative phase, the most effective cytokinin was BAP compared to TDZ and Kinetin.

Avazmetova) gathered 27 species of mollusks belonging to the Сochlicopa genus. In comparison with other territories, the malacofauna of this territory is generally not studied. The peculiarity of the conchological and the structure of the reproductive tract of this species forced it to be described as a new species for science (urgenchika sp.nov). there is no information on the malacofauna of the northwestern part of Uzbekistan until now.

Formation of a Digital Database on Wheat Genotypes Resistant to Salinization

Publication year: 2022
Source: International Journal of Genetic Engineering, Volume 10, Number 1
Utkirjon T. Jumanov, Khabibjon Kh. Kushiev, Abdulaziz O. Abdukarimov

This article describes the procedure for using digital technologies in the selection of salinization-resistant genotypes of winter wheat. 268 genotypes of soft wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) were obtained as experimental objects. The experiment was carried out on a pilot plot of a lightly salted field. The SSPS-17 program was used for statistical analysis of the primary data of the studied genotypes. With the help of this program, coefficients of variation, correlation and determination were calculated for 10 traits of genotypes. Factor analysis was used in the selection of salinization-resistant genotypes of winter wheat. At the same time, it is noted that productivity and the number of thorns strongly associated with it and the mass of thorns are one of the main criteria for the selection of genotypes resistant to salinization. In the case of gross selection of salt-resistant genotypes, it was recommended to pay attention to productivity, and in the case of individual selection, to the length of the spike and its weight. Using factor analysis, more than 20 mutant genotypes were selected and recommended as the primary source for selection. A digital database was formed on the genotypes of each studied winter wheat.
