In recent years there was a drastic growth in computing techniques in networking and UWSN. The new techniques for computing may added more secured and quality of service. Also now a day's most of the researchers are doing their research in underwater sensor network to constructing a network in underwater (sea) and finding the shortest path in underwater using various techniques. In underwater basically acoustic signal may used for communication to find the AUV, with this signal more number of researchers doing their research. This is the opportunity to researchers to publish their unpublished work in this issue which is belongs to networks (all types) and underwater findings.

In November 2012 seven of the world's leading telecoms network operators selected European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) to be the home of the Industry Specification Group for Network Functions Virtualisation (NFV). Now almost two years later a large community of experts are working intensely to develop the required standards for NFV as well as sharing their experiences of NFV development and early implementation. The membership of ISG NFV has grown to over 230 individual companies including 37 of the world's major service providers as well as representatives from both telecoms and IT vendors.

Modern telecoms networks contain an ever increasing variety of proprietary hardware. The launch of new services or network configuration demands the installation of yet more equipment that in turn requires additional floor space, power and trained maintenance staff. As the innovation cycles continue to accelerate, hardware-based appliances rapidly reach end of life. Simply having a hard-wired network with boxes dedicated to single functions is not the optimal way to achieve dynamic service offerings. Network design must be more agile and able to respond on-demand to the dynamic needs of the traffic and services running over it.

The telecoms require recommendation and validation on various aspects in the adoption of NFV and related technologies. This includes a technical study on candidate network services for virtualization, infrastructure requirements for such a service model and a proof-of-concept demonstrating key benefits of Network Function Virtualization (NFV) via service chaining.

Significant developments in communication technologies have made video communication feasible. However, new emerging applications have put further stress on the existing resources. In recent years, several methods have been discussed for providing video communication and hence video services. The developments in video qualities have taken place extensively and, accordingly, the requirement of resources such data rate, storage have been increased terrifically. The old methods may not be suitable for high quality videos and, thus, new methods are required for providing video communication services. Video communication is essential to several applications such as broadcast of movie, events through videos, distance education lectures, and speeches and panel discussions at conventions, conferences and social gatherings. There have been some works on video communication in the literature. In order to further focus on video communication services, we invite authors to submit original research and review articles regarding video communication services and their future perspectives. We are particularly interested in papers describing new protocols related to video communication and their analysis.
