Scope and purposes

Entomology is the science of insects. Insects are one of the most remarkable creatures on the earth, and they merit study for at least two major reasons. First, insects have unsurpassed diversity and niches; because of their extensive variation. These animals can provide an in-depth understanding of nature and the many ways that biological problems have been met. A second major reason is that knowledge of insects is essential as we manipulate ecosystems for increased food production and better health. The purpose of this special issue is to increase the depth of research in Entomology with the ultimate aim of improving current research in the area. It will focus on Various significant research topics of Entomology related to Insect vectors that affect human and animal health, industrially or economically important insects, Agricultural pest insects that affect plants and animals, Ecology of insects, insect pests and insecticide s resistance and etc. This special issue proposal is looking original research articles, short communications and review articles centered on these attributes.
